Long Island Dental Spa is Hiring a Dental Receptionist Near East Norwich, NY

Looking for an individual that can grow with the dental office. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, can multi-task, and a team player. Must have prior dental office experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
  • Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for patients
  • Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries or concerns
  • Verify insurance coverage and assist with insurance claims processing
  • Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
  • Handle financial transactions, including collecting payments and issuing receipts

Schedule:

  • Monday 10-6
  • Friday 8-3
  • Saturday 8-3

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 25 per week
